Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard. You will receive a prorated credit for unused days on your current plan, applied toward the new plan's price.

For example, upgrading from Starter to Growth with 20 days remaining gives you a credit of up to $475 toward the $3,000 Growth price. Note: downgrades are not available — only upgrades.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of trading results, change of mind, or unused service days. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, even if you stop trading.

No. PicoFxBot can only execute and manage trades on your account. We have no ability to withdraw, transfer, or access your funds. Your money stays at your broker under your full control at all times.

The MT4/MT5 trading password only grants trade execution permissions. Withdrawals require separate credentials that you never share with us.
