After signing up, navigate to your dashboard and click "Add Account." Enter your broker server name, MT4/MT5 account number, and your trading password. The system will verify the connection and trades are executed algorithmically within minutes. Your trading credentials are encrypted with AES-256 encryption at rest and transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted channels — they are never accessible in plaintext, not even by PicoFxBot staff.

You do not need to install any software, EA, or VPS. Everything runs on our cloud infrastructure, so trades are executed 24/5 as long as the markets are open.

We require your MT4/MT5 trading password to connect and execute trades on your account via API. This password does not allow withdrawals or transfers from your broker account. Your funds remain fully under your control at all times.

When our proprietary algorithm identifies a trading opportunity, the system instantly executes that trade on your connected MT4/MT5 account via API. Trade sizes are automatically adjusted based on your account balance and risk settings.

You can monitor all algorithmically executed trades in real time through your dashboard, including entry price, current profit/loss, and trade history.

Yes. You have full control over your account at all times. You can pause or stop algorithmic trading from your dashboard with a single click. Any open positions will remain on your broker account for you to manage manually.

There are no lock-in periods or cancellation fees. You can reconnect whenever you are ready to resume.

PicoFxBot supports any broker that offers the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform. This includes most major forex brokers worldwide.

Each plan has a capital range requirement:

• Starter ($250/mo): $1,000 – $1,999 trading capital
• Growth ($700/mo): $5,000 – $7,000 trading capital
• VIP Custom (contact for pricing): $50,000 – $400,000 trading capital

If your account balance exceeds your plan's maximum, copy trading will be paused automatically until you withdraw to within range or upgrade to a higher plan. The $2,000–$4,999 range is intentionally unserved — no plan is available for that range. Balances above $7,000 require contacting support for a VIP Custom arrangement.

All plans include the same auto-scaled copy trading. Trade sizes are proportional to your account balance. Your account must be USD-denominated with at least 1:500 leverage.

Can I upgrade? Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. You'll receive a prorated credit for unused days on your current plan. For example, if you're on Starter with 20 days remaining and upgrade to Growth, you get a credit of up to $125 applied to the $700 upgrade price. No downgrades — only upgrades.

If your account balance grows beyond your plan's maximum capital range, copy trading is paused immediately. Here's what that means:

• Existing positions continue to be managed normally (close signals are still copied).
• No new trades will be opened until your balance is back within range.

To resume copy trading, you have two options:

• Withdraw funds to bring your balance back within your plan's range.
• Upgrade to a higher plan that covers your current balance.

If your balance exceeds $7,000 (the Growth plan maximum), please contact support for a VIP Custom arrangement.
