Trading credentials are given the highest level of protection:

Never accessible in plaintext — not even by PicoFxBot developers or system administrators
Encryption keys are derived per-account using a zero-knowledge architecture and never stored alongside the data

Passwords for your PicoFxBot account are hashed using bcrypt with a cost factor of 12 and are never stored in plaintext.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

Payment processing: Transaction details are shared with our payment provider (Cryptomus) to process subscription payments
