Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All PicoFxBot subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature
  • Our algorithmic trading service is activated immediately upon payment confirmation
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with trading results, change of mind, or failure to use the service

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused days
  • You can continue to use the service and monitor trades until your subscription expires
  • Your trading account will be automatically disconnected at the end of the billing period

3. Service Disruptions

In the event of extended, unplanned service outages lasting more than 48 consecutive hours, PicoFxBot may, at its sole discretion, extend your subscription period to compensate for the downtime. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Disputed Payments

If you believe a payment was made in error or was unauthorized, please contact us immediately at picofxbot@gmail.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

5. Acknowledgment

By subscribing to PicoFxBot, you confirm that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. You also acknowledge the risks associated with forex trading as outlined in our Risk Disclosure.
